Manufactured from premium Character Grade Solid Oak, this hardwood flooring is designed for projects where board quality, dimensions, and finished appearance take priority over the short-length formats commonly found in mass-market flooring.

Supplied in substantial 2–3 metre lengths, a generous 225mm width, and a finished thickness of 20mm, these boards allow installers to achieve longer runs, minimise end joints, and create a cleaner, more consistent floor. Depending on room dimensions, full-width runs can often be achieved, reducing interruption to the floor’s natural grain pattern and delivering a truly high-end finish.

Selected for its attractive grain structure, durability, and colour consistency, the grade of oak we use offers warm tones ranging from pale cream to biscuit brown. The wide plank format showcases the timber’s natural character and creates a striking floor with genuine architectural presence.

Unlike engineered or laminate alternatives, these boards are manufactured from solid oak throughout their full 20mm thickness. This allows the floor to be sanded and refinished multiple times over its service life, making it an excellent choice for long-term residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial applications where longevity and future refurbishment are important considerations.

🔥 Kiln-Dried & Precision Machined

All boards are professionally kiln-dried for stability and machined with a traditional tongue and groove (TGV) profile to ensure accurate installation and a secure fit. Board ends are supplied square cut, allowing installers to optimise layouts, stagger joints as required, and make the most of the extended board lengths.

✨ Character Grade with Epoxy-Filled Knots

The character grade specification retains the natural features of the timber, including knots, mineral streaks, and grain variation. Knots are professionally filled with epoxy resin to provide a durable, smooth surface while preserving the authentic character expected from premium wide-plank oak flooring.

Boards are supplied planed and unfinished, ready for on-site sanding and finishing. This allows complete flexibility in the choice of oil, lacquer, hardwax oil, stain, or commercial-grade finish, ensuring consistency across the entire installation and facilitating seamless future maintenance or refurbishment.
